We can be in a vicious cycle of stress or virtuous circle of rest.
So what we focus on grows, so be mindful what you think about.
Are you creating that stress state in your body or are you focusing on generating that beautiful rest and digest state, producing beautiful endorphins in the body, helping us feel better, feel well, feel grounded, connected to ourselves, connected to others, connected to nature.
