Are you swimming in your own scarcity soup?

Operating from scarcity mode in life results in more scarcity

If you are stressed, consider somatic massage or somatic coaching and know that your body has a whole set of inbuilt ways to help you manage your inner states.

If I feel I have too little time, and I try to beat the clock, multitask, squeeze into my days, hours, moments all on my to do list, time eludes me.

If I feel I am not enough and that I have to do more, achieve more, become more, I effort more and still that feeling of being enough remains elusive, as there is always potentially more to do. I am never enough.

These underlying beliefs about scarcity – that I don’t have enough time and that I am not enough -  actually become self fulfilling prophecies – not only do I continue to feel that scarcity of time and feeling of not being enough…

...now I am dealing with scarcity in other areas of my life such as my energy, enthusiasm, efforting.

So then I am swimming in a scarcity soup! Short of all the above, I have manifested exactly and more of what I don’t want. Scarcity.

If I choose to believe that there is enough time and that I am enough, then so it is.

My perception and underlying beliefs dictate my reality and become the self fulfilling prophecy, whatever it is, for better or worse.

In believing there is enough time, I breathe easier, sigh in relief and I feel expansive and more at ease. The same goes for feeling I am enough. If I count my blessings over my woes, I feel wealthy.

I fulfil that prophecy and begin to enjoy the plentitude of both time and myself. From this perspective, I go about my business more with ease and feeling far less scarce!
