We learn on many levels and in spite of all the best laid plans, if these remain a concept in our minds eye, they stay there more than likely.


Until we really feel as a lived experience the desired aims and ideals of our plans, they are likely to remain a nice idea. Somatic coaching enables us to really embed and entrench our desired outcomes so that they become part of us and are move likely to become our reality.


Somatic coaching recognises that our physical and inner world experiences, emotions, sensations and behaviours are intricately interconnected and influence each other. It is the integration of all these aspects of ourselves that are more likely to guarantee the lasting positive change you seek.

 

It is through this awareness of our true nature, our true embodied selves that we can understand what we really want and need, and to work with ourselves rather than against our selves, in order to best serve ourselves. 


In our one-on-one sessions, either in-person or online, we will embark on a transformative journey of exploration and self-awareness. Through compassionate listening, and sharing a wide range of resources, I will support and guide you in cultivating a deeper connection with your body and unravelling the conflicts and confusion within. Together, we will uncover the innate wisdom of your body-mind system and work towards aligning your actions with your inner truth.

  • Explore your issues in confidence; what is holding you back, what do you want that is not yet manifesting in your life.


  • Eliminate your blocks and obstacles. You will learn what is holding you back (mostly it is our lovely selves!) with a deep dive into your beliefs, fears and mindsets which manifest in the behaviours and habits that most likely no longer serve you.


  • Eradicate self doubt, fears, hangups that hold you back and keep you feeling small and insignificant and invisible in your world.


  • Expand your vision of yourself, your life and life at large through new learning, understanding about the interplay between your mind, body and emotions and how you can channel this learning to your advantage.


  • Empower yourself by learning a whole new range of valuable, life changing tools and techniques.


  • Elevate the quality of your life through raising your awareness and coming to understand, appreciate and love yourself fully, so that you advocate for yourself and change becomes easy for you.
