For your sports massage, I will use a range of specific soft tissue manipulation techniques such as NMT (neuromuscular technique), STR (soft tissue release), and CTM (connective tissue manipulation) to support recovery of your injury or condition.


My approach is that healing is systemic rather than an injury occurring in one place of your body on one occasion. There is always a back story! Even with an unexpected one off injury, this could be due to posture or training techniques for example.
