A new and exciting path on my healing journey!
After spending an incredible week at the fantastic UK Fruitfest in the sublime rolling hills of Herefordshire, where I massaged to my hearts content, participated in amazing talks, group and one2one sessions, learned so much and made great friends!
I can't wait to go back next year for what was an all encompassing, nurturing and nourishing reset for my mind, body and soul.
Our underlying beliefs about scarcity that we don’t have enough time and that we are not enough become self fulfilling prophecies and result in more of what we believe - scarcity in this case.
Practise the pause. Reverse the trend of being non committal in life and failing to back yourself up. Commit to get to know yourself deeply and learn to live on purpose
Rather than being selfish, can we reframe self love as the ultimate in selflessness – the art of cultivating such inner wisdom and awareness, that we take full ownership of ourselves so others don’t have to
Who is driving the bus of your life - your inner parent or your inner critic? If you tick all the boxes of self care and yet still feel off, check out your inner critic who may be driving your bus
Trauma can beget trauma and traumatised people can go on to traumatise – learn more about how as it may not be what you think and know it is possible to recover from trauma and lead a beautiful life
Are you the source of your own stress?! Not to name or shame or blame. Regardless of whether your stress is from outside or from within, the physiology is the same and can affect us adversely in so many ways.
In all our efforting to get/do/feel better and sometimes never ‘arriving’, we can bypass the main event – the feeling different/well/better.
Try the Ho oponopono mantra as an accessible, easy process to dissolve negative energy and enable us to feel expansive, liberated, free, kinder, compassionate
What are your personal currencies that get you through life, that help you not only to show up and operate in the best version of yourself that you can be, but also to thrive.
We can operate from our heads in the distraction and busyness of life and have little regard for our bodies, and in this way we can self abandon and deny ourselves the very essence of being human and to inhabit a congruent internal world
