Can you come into the present moment, find space in your body, areas of expansion and a sense of wellbeing? Notice these areas, breathe into them, allow those feelings of wellbeing to expand and may you come to realise and more importantly feel, we are safe, in our body, in the here and now. We can hold space for all of our feelings.
