VIDEO: How well do you truly feel?

Embodiment is key! To an enriching, fulfilling, satisfying life!

Check out my video below for an exploration!

We are so distracted, disoriented, disconnected all the time –

Through our work, our busy lives, the internet and social media, computers and mobile phones, Netflix, gaming, all our roles and responsibilities, addictive tendencies, the life we keep striving at and yet which never seems to arrive.

When we think we want more money, status, items, clothes, the latest gadgets, best car, expensive holidays, what do we really want? What feelings and emotions are we seeking?

Are we not all yearning for something quite simple? Something that really, lies within us and is there always and always has been – deep bone contentment and peace of mind?

Good health, simple food, movement, fresh air, friendships and family, love, time for self care and to be truly present with ourselves. None of this has to be expensive or complicated and strived towards. It is mostly available to us all, at all times.

Keeping life simple, nourishing and nurturing ourselves though simple practices, creates expansion in our lives and in our bodies and generates energy and wellness.

The more we come to live in the body, in embodied presence, the more we can feel expansive, whole, replenished, grounded, connected – really well!

Life can feel so complicated and yet, everything we need and yearn for lies within. If we slow down, take a breath, tune in. This is what we are most likely yearning for – to know, love, cherish our true selves. This is everything.
