Having worked on myself for over 20 years with psychotherapy, group therapy, embodiment work and trauma healing and more, I continue my inner work every day as it never ends. I journal daily, unpack and unpick my beliefs and mindsets, explore my triggers, practice reframing. My nutrition choices are conscious and for optimum health. Every day I get out in nature, meditate, practice yin yoga, sound bathe. I continue my week with a selection of practices for good health and wellbeing such as hot yoga, cold water swimming, conscious connected breathwork and womb healing amongst others.
I am in a great place and wish to stay here and so this inner work is never done. Instead we can return over and over again to the same themes, allowing for deeper dives and new experiences and revelations from the same issues. We may begin perhaps with talking therapy, cognitising and rationalising issues, then lean into them feeling the full range of emotions. We may experience them somatically and energetically then further, spiritually. Until full integration occurs, when all the processing and grieving is done, perhaps for what was and what wasn't, for what we got and what we didn't get in our lives.
It is an honour to hold space for clients to come and share, dive even a little into their issues and gain fresh insights and understanding of what bothers them, be that physical, emotional or mental.
