How you live your life is the biggest ritual in and of itself. What do you fill your life with? Roles, responsibilities, duties, spinning plates?
Self care rituals can support you to return to yourself again and again – physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically, spiritually.
Review and upgrade your rituals regularly to ensure they remain alive, make sense and fulfil a purpose for you. Otherwise they can become an unconscious habit with little meaning, just another ‘to do’ on the never ending ‘to do list’!
Keep your practices intentional and relevant to you and your life in the here and now. We are constantly evolving, and rituals should serve you rather than burden you.
Make your rituals embodied so that you get to connect deeply to yourself on the regular.
